Coastal Weddings: Holly & Tryfan

What a pleasure it was to work with Holly & Tryfan! This beautiful couple lucked out when the clouds parted minutes prior to Holly walking down the aisle, and the sun lit up the North Lawn at Latitude 41.

While guests nibbled on Coastal Gourmet's specialty hors d'oeuvres like Pecan & Gorgonzola Stuffed Mushrooms, Mini Crab Cakes with Chipolte Aioli and Truffled Macaroni & Cheese Croquets, Holly & Tryfan chose to have Dark n' Stormies passed during cocktail hour on the Patio Terrace. Our signature Chef Attended Coastaline Seafood Bar rounded out the cocktail hour menu with a seafaring display of colassal shrimp and freshly shucked little necks and oysters.

With Ming Vases as their centerpieces, and walnut wooden chivari chairs, the River Room set the scene for a beautiful evening. Guests had their choice of Stuffed Stonington Sole Fillets, filled with Crabmeat and Leeks, and topped with a Lobster Beurre Blanc or Grilled Bistro Filet with a garlic Merlot Glace. Both entrees were served with Fresh Grilled Asparagus & Parmesan Herb Risotto Cakes. The Sultans of Swing provided fantastic music, that kept EVERYONE dancing all night long!
